Wills, Power of Attorney & Guardianship

Protecting your wishes and your loved ones

Legal planning documents help protect you, your family, and your wishes — especially during times of illness, aging, or family transition. Community Christian Legal Aid (CCLA) provides free assistance for select estate planning and guardianship matters for eligible individuals and families.

SERVICES WE PROVIDE

How We Can Help With Legal Planning

Simple Wills

CCLA offers free assistance to help eligible individuals create simple wills that clearly outline how assets and personal matters should be handled after death.

Powers of Attorney

CCLA provides free assistance with powers of attorney, allowing individuals to designate trusted persons to make financial or medical decisions if they become unable to do so.

Guardianship

CCLA offers free assistance with guardianship matters. Representation may be available in limited, uncontested cases when all family members are in agreement.
