Family Law

Compassionate legal guidance when family matters feel overwhelming

Family legal issues can be emotionally and financially stressful. Community Christian Legal Aid (CCLA) provides free assistance for select family law matters to help eligible families understand their options and take the next step forward.

SERVICES WE PROVIDE

Family Law

CCLA offers a free one-hour consultation for divorce matters to eligible individuals. Eligibility is based in part on household income, including the income of the current spouse.

In select family law cases, CCLA may offer limited representation as volunteer attorneys become available. Availability varies, and not all cases can be accepted.

Please note: CCLA does not provide pro bono legal services for post-divorce child custody or child support modifications.
