CCLA offers a free one hour consultation on divorce.  The income of the current spouse will be taken into consideration to determine eligibility for a free consultation. CCLA will take on representation in select family law cases as volunteer attorneys become available to assist. 

CCLA offers free consultations for families who would like to adopt a minor relative where the State of Texas does not provide for any subsidies and where parental rights have been severed, or the parents have agreed to sever their rights.  After a thorough interview with a CCLA attorney, CCLA may take on representation in these limited adoption matters.

CCLA does not provide pro bono legal services of any kind in post divorce child custody or child support modifications.
